All international orders are subject to specific regulations of the corresponding country. PROCESSING AND DISPATCH Orders submitted after 2 PM EST will undergo processing on the subsequent business day. Those placed after 2 PM EST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding planned closures of our fulfillment center. Please note that shipments are not dispatched on Saturdays or Sundays. What is the estimated shipping duration? What are the transit times?
For domestic shipments within the USA, delivery typically takes approximately 2-4 business days.
International shipments usually take around 5-10 business days to be delivered. It's important to note that international packages may experience delays due to customs procedures, and any associated fees and taxes are the responsibility of the consignee.
Are customs fees and duties covered in my shipping cost?
International shipping rates include charges for shipping only. Please be aware that duties, taxes, and any carrier brokerage fees are not incorporated into the order total during checkout.
Certain customs offices in various countries may necessitate the recipient (importer of record) to furnish specific forms of identification before releasing a shipment. This could involve providing an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.

At times, customs may take an extended period to review and release an order, and PROJECTU HEALTH has no control over or influence on such delays.
Moreover, customs authorities may decide that a particular order or product is not permitted into the country and may return the order to our fulfillment center. Understanding local import laws is the customer's responsibility, including compliance with these laws regarding products.
